An easy and pleasant walk along the Güímar coast. We will know the unique Protected Natural Area of Malpaís de Güímar Special Nature Reserve, where volcanic nature will surprise us at every step. Trail takes us through an huge field of solidified lava flows that come into contact with the sea. The amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean will accompany us along the hike. We will also discover how the inhabitants of the area have known how to make the most of the resources available in this area. Volcanic landscape is splashed with halophilic vegetation, resistant to the saline environment of the coast, with several Canary Island endemic species.
